Called Burley branch because I was getting notifications that my pmt was due. I set the payment for the 8th of each month when I refinanced my loan last month. But World did not take it from my checking account on December 8th. I finally called and was informed that there was a cliche in there system. Trying to get an email stating that I did make a payment today and that it was not my fault the payment was not withdrawn on the 8th of December , kept being told my account is current and no late fees were incurred and balance is zero and my next payment is not due until January 8th is not possible
