After the first 90 days of employment, you’re eligible to earn vacation days.

  • You may roll over up to five (5) days.
  • Vacation time is earned at the end of each pay period (November and December are not considered earning months)
  • Team Members who have been employed for five (5) full years or more on January 1 of a given year will earn additional vacation days.

Because we believe that cared-for people care for people, we offer two ways to help our Team Members when they need it most.

The Culture of Caring initiative has two different programs: the Time Off Donation Program, where team members can donate or borrow extra time off when needed; and the World Acceptance Foundation, which Team Members can turn to for resources in the event of tragedy (such as a natural disaster).
