Steps:
Step 1: Check for an Offer
You may already have an offer waiting for you. By providing us with brief information about yourself, we can check for an active offer right away.
How to Check for an Offer:
- Head to the online application
- Enter basic information
- Submit
Active Offer Details:
- If you have an active offer, you'll be directed to MyWorld, our online account management experience.
- You'll be able to view and apply for your offer when you login or register for MyWorld.
Step 2: Submit Online Application
To apply for your loan or offer, provide us with your information and submit your application. If at any point you need assistance, you can reach out to your local branch or our customer support team at 1-888-378-3886.
Credit Pull Details:
- By submitting the online portion of the application, you agree to let World Acceptance or its subsidiaries obtain a credit report to check if you have a prequalified offer. Checking for a prequalified offer will place a soft inquiry on your credit report which will not impact your credit score.
- World Acceptance will not perform a hard pull on your credit without your consent.
Document Details:
- After application submission, you will receive an email requesting that you upload photos of your personal documents. These documents are used to help verify your identity and information. The documents requested will be:
- Federal or State Issued Photo ID
- Employment information
- Residential information
Step 3: Close Loan*
If it's during business hours, you should receive a call shortly after submitting your application. Once connected with a World team member, we will guide you through the decision process. If a loan is available the closing process may vary depending on if you're a new or returning customer.
New Customer:
- Nice to meet you! We do our best to set our customers up for financial success. To do this, we require all new customers to close their loan in-person at their local branch. This process is quick and can often be done the same day as your application.
Returning Customer:
- Welcome back! It's likely our team will be able to work with you over the phone. You should receive a call shortly after submitting your application, but if you'd like to speed up the process, you're always invited to contact your local branch.
