Assignments for this Internship may include:

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure the completion of various company-wide content projects.
  • Develop and manage Intranet sites to support business objectives.
  • Create and edit digital content for internal communications, including documents, presentations, and multimedia.
  • Support team members in the completion of project tasks such as drafting content, organizing information, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
  • Gain an understanding of business strategy by leveraging existing digital tools or by creating new ones.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior level undergrad student, soon to graduate, or an MBA Candidate.
  • Must major in Communications, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with SharePoint and digital content creation.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Only local candidates will be considered.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
  • Fast-paced, high-demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
  • Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
  • Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
  • Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

 

Work Environment:

  • Office environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
