Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively build, load, and run various HCI “clicker” campaigns.
  • Export statistical reporting on productivity and share with management on a regular basis.
  • Pull LiveVox data and call recordings as needed.
  • Assist with SharePoint related processes and organization.
  • Provide general administrative support for the CRU team.
  • Provide valuable insight and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.

  • High degree of self-confidence with strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.  
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of previous work experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred.
  • Experience with LiveVox is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Occasionally may require light lifting up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
